The visit to Ronald Mc Donald house on March 2, 2004 was a  big success. The kids enjoyed the food, the magician, and all of the attention.  To see more photos from the event click here

      We will be hosting a Greek themed party for many families at the Ronald McDonald House in New York City on March 2, 2004.

 This year's Ahepan of the Year 2004, is Vasilios (Bill) Parlamis.  He will be honored in May 2004. Bill has been active as President of our Chapter, he is Building Co-Chairman of the Koimisis of Theotokou Community Center, he is coaching various Youth programs, and is involved in many other activities, serving our church and community. AXIOS.

     Upcoming Events

     Our "Monmouth Park Day at the Races Picnic" is scheduled for Saturday, July 31.  All Ahepans and their families are welcomed. Please call Basil Kotsis  732-957-8150 for info.

     Our "Lakewood Blue claws Baseball Picnic" is scheduled for Friday, Evening June 25. Please call Bill Parlamis at  732-888-7880 for info.

     Our 3rd annual Golf Outing will take place on Monday, September 13, 2004 at the EAGLE RIDGE GOLF CLUB. Proceeds will benefit the 5th District AHEPA Cancer Research Foundation, and Ronald McDonald House. Please support this worthwhile event. Event, Banquet, and Hole Sponsorships are available.      Coming Up:  We are looking into the feasibility of developing property within the AHEPA Senior Housing Program. A committee will be formed to further explore this wonderful program.

      Chapter Awards:

     Our Garden State Chapter #517 of Holmdel was voted the 2003 CHAPTER of the YEAR by the District Lodge at the District #5 Convention in Atlantic City. Congratulations to all brothers for working so hard to earn this honor for our Chapter.

      And again our Chapter was applauded as the Chapter of the YEAR at the 5th District Cancer Research Foundation Gala Dance and Banquet as the Chapter which most actively supported the Cancer Research Foundation in 2003. Again congratulations to all the brothers.
